Life has come full circle for Matt Webster who has just bought a building lot at Atlantis Beach in the coastal community of Two Rocks with his wife Tara.
Matt says he had always harboured a dream of living beside the beach since his childhood days in Zimbabwe, Africa.
“I grew up in Zimbabwe which is a land locked country. However, one of my most memorable family holidays as a young boy was taking our small boat on a four-hour drive through neighbouring Mozambique to enjoy its beautiful coastline and fishing.
“When you live in a land locked country, you appreciate the ocean so much more and it is a great delight that many years later I can enjoy the privilege of living beside the beach with my family in the wonderful community of Two Rocks.
“The Two Rocks coastline is stunning and I believe is one of the best kept secrets of Perth. It is a wonderful attraction that I am sure our two children, Madyson and Sadie, will richly enjoy over the coming years,” he said.
Matt works as a heavy diesel fitter in Welshpool and says that the daily commute to the city is well worth the affordable lifestyle that Atlantis Beach Estate in Two Rocks has to offer.
“Tara and I were keen to building our new coastal home on a larger family lot size of around 500sqm.
“However, we looked at many coastal estates and they simply were not within our budget.
“We were very fortunate to come across Atlantis Beach Estate which is one of the most affordable coastal land estates in Perth.
“Atlantis Beach ticked all the boxes and we were able to secure a 510sqm lot in the Constellation Release which is only a few minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance to the new Atlantis Beach private school and community hub.
“Our family was also attracted to Two Rocks because it is an established community with a good social infrastructure including a variety of shops which will only grow over the coming years.
“We are confident as this social infrastructure improves and the population of the Two Rocks increases, so will the value of our new home.
