Atlantis Beach Estate in Two Rocks, a major private master planned community on the northern metropolitan beaches, has taken a significant step forward with the first residents moving into the new Estate.

Daniel, who operates his own decorative concrete business called Thurlos Concrete, added that the large number of new homes being built in the local area also offered new business opportunities for tradespeople like himself.
“Since we moved to the Atlantis Beach, I have had a large number of enquiries from local residents wanting to use my services as they are building new homes.
“Building our new home also gave me the opportunity to use my decorative concrete skills on our new driveway and back yard patio, despite a recent neck injury,” he said.
