The Vision: To redevelop the Two Rocks marina to expand recreational boating infrastructure and incorporate a central tourism hub, improved connections and traffic flow, a new swimming beach, more public spaces and a recreational precinct. Click here for more information.

What to expect

The WA State Government has invested millions of dollars into transforming the Two Rocks Marina into a beach-front hub with all the amenities for an aspirational coastal lifestyle for locals and tourists alike.

What this means for current residents and those thinking of moving in, is access to all the beach and water related activities you could ask for.

Whether you love taking the family to the beach, meeting up with friends for a barbeque, looking over the water as you brunch, you’re a fishing enthusiast or like to have your boat at the ready for exploring…it’s all being thought of and upgraded so you can live the ultimate coastal lifestyle.

The buzzing new upgrade will be overlooked by the iconic King Neptune statue, now part of Two Rock’s identity, once part of the Atlantis Marine Park which dominated the area in the 1980’s.

Stage two of the project, Southern Foreshore Landscaping, began in February 2022 and will see major landscaping completed by local indigenous company, Carey MC Pty Ltd
